- Delivery Method

Email: Completed files and materials will be sent as attachments to the client’s designated email address.
Cloud Storage: Files can be uploaded to cloud storage services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and download links will be provided to the client for easy access and management.
- Delivery Time
All deliverables will be completed within the dates agreed upon in the project timeline and sent to the client via the methods described above. The specific delivery time will be determined based on mutual agreement and project progress. - Acceptance Criteria
The client should inspect and confirm the deliverables within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within the stipulated time will be considered as acceptance of all deliverables by the client. - Modifications and Adjustments
If the client is dissatisfied with the deliverables, they can submit modification suggestions during the acceptance period. We will make necessary adjustments and modifications according to the contract. Additional modifications beyond the contract scope will be charged separately. - Intellectual Property
Once the client has paid all due fees, the intellectual property rights of the delivered design and development results belong to the client. We reserve the right to use the project-related technologies and experience for future project development, excluding the client’s confidential information and unique designs. - Limitation of Liability
In the event of a delivery delay due to technical reasons, we will promptly notify the client and take active measures to resolve the issue. We will not be liable for any liability or loss arising from such delays. - Contact Us
